Netaro and the payment workflow
What is Netaro?
Netaro is a corridor-aware settlement and reconciliation product for US enterprises that fund overseas operations and pay critical suppliers. It keeps payment purpose, evidence, approval, foreign exchange, local-fiat delivery and accounting reconciliation inside one controlled workflow.
Who is Netaro built for?
Netaro is built for business payments. Chief financial officers, treasurers, controllers, accounts-payable teams and regional finance teams use it to manage recurring cross-border payments. Netaro does not provide consumer remittance services.
Which payment flows does Netaro support?
The initial payment jobs are funding overseas operations for payroll, local vendors and working capital, and paying recurring overseas suppliers with the required commercial evidence.
Does my company need to hold stablecoins?
No. Stablecoins are settlement infrastructure inside the route. Your business can fund in fiat, and the beneficiary receives local fiat in its bank account without managing wallets, private keys or blockchain operations.
Settlement and network
Which corridors are live?
USD to PHP and USD to AED are live. Eligible businesses can open named USD and EUR accounts, with virtual accounts for PHP and AED. Partner-enabled local off-ramps are available for eligible EUR, GBP, BRL and MXN flows, subject to route, partner and transaction controls.
How quickly do payments settle?
Payments on supported transactions settle in under 60 minutes. Execution and local-fiat delivery are available 24/7/365 on live flows.
Can Netaro activate another corridor?
Yes. New corridors are built with initial customers after customer demand, compliance controls, partner readiness, local payout rails and executable liquidity are verified together.
Does Netaro require pre-funding in every destination market?
Netaro coordinates funding, conversion, liquidity and local delivery for each supported transaction. The route is designed to reduce the need for enterprises to maintain idle balances across multiple foreign bank accounts.
Product, pricing and controls
How does Netaro connect to our finance systems?
Netaro supports live connectors for QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Brex and Slack. Transaction webhooks return status and completed payment data to the systems your team already uses.
How is Netaro priced?
Customer pricing is all-in and ranges from 0.1% to 1%, depending on route and volume. The executable quote is presented before funds move.
What compliance checks are part of a transaction?
The workflow connects business identity, payment purpose, commercial evidence, approval authority, sanctions and transaction monitoring, corridor rules, delivery evidence and reconciliation.
What is Netaro's security and compliance status?
Netaro is registered with the US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network as a Money Services Business. SOC 2 Type I is complete, and the SOC 2 Type II examination is underway.
Who holds customer funds?
Customer fiat balances are held through banking partners, and wallet infrastructure is provided through infrastructure partners. Partner roles and availability vary by corridor and jurisdiction.
Can our diligence team review the control environment?
Yes. Netaro can provide a diligence workflow covering product controls, partner roles, security, compliance and the operating model for the proposed corridor.
